Stepping Stones Museum for ChildrenBased on USAs past experience with using water in closed systems for exhibits, including our experience building Stepping Stones own Waterscape exhibit, USA was invited to fabricate some exhibits for Conservation Quest. USA engineered and fabricated three table top exhibits showcasing clean energy. These exhibits demonstrate in simple terms how solar panels, wind turbines and hydropower can power ordinary household objects like a fan or alarm clock. Visitors use hand cranks to create wind, sun and flowing water to energize a wind turbine, solar panels and hydro turbine which, in turn, power the household appliances.TRAVELING EXHIBITSTraveling exhibits require special attention in the development phase. They mush be exceptionally durable and in the case of any required maintenance, the information must be available to the host venue easily and clearly. All of USA exhibits, traveling or permanent, include a detailed maintenance manual.Exhibit Development Team: Client: Stepping Stones Museum for Children Design: USA Engineering & Fabrication: USA |
