Discovery PlaceOne of the top hands-on science museums in the nation, Discovery Place provides everchanging, entertaining facilities that foster experiences in areas that range from life science to space exploration. USA built exhibits which explored the Earths geology and ecosystems including these exhibits which highlighted weather, rocks and minerals and the Earths layers.The Hydrologic Cycle takes visitors through the exciting process of how rain works. A push button triggers a storm with lighting and thunder effects. The rain flows from a cloud onto a mountain and collects into a lake area below. After the storm ends, the sky lightens and the water, appears to dry up beginning the cycle again.OUR LIVING PLANETThese exhibits take visitors on a visual and interactive journey through the earths natural wonders.
